What I’m Listening To
My favorite podcast lately, by far, has been the Joe Rogan Experience. This episode with Jesse Itzler is particularly inspiring and motivating! It’s all about “building your life’s resume” and making the most out of your life. Long story short? Get uncomfortable, do hard things, and never stop improving yourself!

What I’m Eating
I’ve been obsessed with this avocado sauce from Kumana Foods! The depth of flavor is absolutely insane. I have been mixing it into my tofu scrambles and drizzling it on my avocado toast all month. I’m pretty sure there’s nothing it doesn’t go well with. I definitely plan on experimenting with it and incorporating it into a quick and simple guac recipe. Stay tuned!
What I’m Doing
This hip mobility workout for runners by my favorite running blogger, Amanda at RunToTheFinish, has transformed my hips in just a few short weeks! Not only is it super effective, but it’s super simple and easy to implement. The perfect combo!
What I’m Drinking
Because it’s been super hot out lately, I wrote a blog post on hydration for runners earlier this month. Since I’ve had hydration on the brain, I noticed an electrolyte drink in Whole Foods that I’d never tried before: Nooma. After one sip, it quickly became my favorite hydration option for after a good workout. The flavors are so good and because there are no sugars added, it’s not overwhelmingly sweet. I 10/10 recommend!
Where I’m Shopping
I recently got a membership to Thrive Market and it’s been quite the game changer. I don’t know about you, but I spend a ton of money on food and this helps substantially! So far I’ve been able to find all of my favorite supplements and foods and I’ve even found some new stuff to try! A few things I’ve gotten this month include: mykind Organics Vegan Vitamin D3 Supplement, Lakanato Drinking Chocolate sweetened with monkfruit, WatUSee Organic Chickpea Crumbs, and Natural Vitality Magnesium Supplement – Raspberry Lemon.
