I haven’t done a WIAW post in awhile! Usually, because I almost always forget to photograph EVERYTHING I eat, but I remembered today so I wanted to share what a normal day of plant eating looks like for me.
I practice intermittent fasting and I usually fast anywhere between 16-22 hours with the occasional 24 hour fast. Today was a 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating window of 11:00-7:00.
My workout this morning was an easy 4 mile run + 45 minutes strength workout + 15 minutes rolling and stretching.
11:00 – After 17 hours of fasting, I had a Kevita Cayenne and Lemon kombucha – YUM!
