Believe it or not, being a dietetic student isn’t all about food! It’s a lot of overwhelming science classes, labs, and studying. Last semester I had a LOT of long days that started at 8:00 AM and went on until 9:15 PM. As someone who is a true homebody, it was very (mentally) stressful to be on campus for that long.
I bring food with me everywhere I go so this would mean me bring breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks with me. So the day before would be a lot of meal planning and prep. When signing up for my classes this semester, I kept in mind how much I hated those long days being out of the house and I scheduled accordingly….
