Electric Foam Roller. Medical Grade Massager. Miracle Body Buffer. This is the most effective recovery tool that I’ve ever used. I bought one during the Philadelphia Marathon Expo and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but I honestly think it will save you hundreds of dollars in massages and physical therapy.
These headphones were a recommendation from a friend. Previously, I was using wireless headphones that I found on Amazon for $30. These are far more comfortable and the quality is incomparable! It comes with an app that adjusts the sound quality based on your preferences. It even tells you the battery percentage every time you turn them on!
This roller is far superior to the average foam roller. It makes foam rolling super effortless. I love that it attacks the muscle group from two opposite sides. Plus, it’s perfect for on-the-go athletes. I bring it to all of my races and leave it in the car for easy and effective post-race recovery.
I don’t own a lot of cookbooks, but this one is one that I couldn’t pass up. For beginners, there’s a section about plant-based nutrition a section about how to set up your plant-based kitchen. There’s also breakfast recipes, dinner recipes, salad and dressing recipes, small plates and side recipes, recipes to fuel you pre-, during, and post-workout, flavor boosts (these are REALLY cool and a huge game changer), dessert recipes, and meal planning tips.
Honestly, I could rave about this company all day, every day. I buy vega not only because it tastes good and works, but their products are free of artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors. I really love all of their products, especially the vanilla protein powder and berry hydrator, but the sugar-free energizer is by far my favorite. I use a scoop before I go to the gym and before speed workouts and it works every time! 100 mg of caffeine and awesome ingredients really help take my workout to the next level without the crash or the crappy ingredients that are in other pre-workouts.
I bought this shirt a few weeks before I ran my first marathon because I was hoping the weather would allow me to wear it. Lucky for me, the weather was perfect for this shirt! There’s something awesome about running a marathon on plants and letting others know that it’s not only possible, but optimal. I’m not an “out-spoken vegan” by any means, but this shirt was a nice silent way of spreading the word! Plus it is super comfortable and fits perfectly!
